I usually come here and get a Matcha iced latte with cold foam and I always like to watch them make it and this day they made it a little differently. I witnessed a moment here that made my heart full. A homeless man had walked in and dug through the garbage for any remnants of food. The employee working the counter said "Don't dig in the garbage I will buy you something". She then gave him a bag of food and a cup of coffee. I loved seeing this act of compassion.

Quite a lovely place. They have doormen to open and close the door for you (cough, homeless fentanly drug addicts expecting money?). This is great, especially during Covid and the Hepatitis outbreak in Philadelphia last year! The staff is meh. The food is meh. Only go to Fentanly Donuts across from City Hall if you are desperate. You literally get what you pay for??
