I asked for one holder for when coffee hot, rudely said We don't have the coffee is not hot,ok what about a larger cup...I'll pay stated.He handed me the cup,also I asked another employee for a stopper so the coffee would spill, very short we don't have .It's too early in the am for that kind of customer serviceand All I wanted was coffee .
The customer service is good. I never had an issue with the employees; they were super nice. My issue is with the donuts. I got the apple crumb donut and it tasted off, like chemicals. I know D&D isn't a gourmet donut shop with all natural ingredients, but the taste was really off putting and overpowering. It didn't seem to belong in the donut, and I thought maybe it caught the taste of some other product on the shelf. Another time I tried their pumpkin donuts. I couldn't eat...read full review

This location is very convenient in order to expedite the order promptly. I'm glad that the majority of the public seating has been removed. It was a "magnet " for loitering individuals who didn't buy anything, it was a source of aggressive panhandling.
