I attempted to place the order through the Duncan app and sadly didn’t work so I thought heading to the store would make the order easier. NOPE! All order hell broke loose. Ask for a simple substitution on one $6 dollar meal deal order and then that became an issue when I attempted to get it fixed. One woman ran to the back to get someone else who I thought could help. Finally got the order and everything wasn’t remotely fresh. Overall bad experience hash browns were stale and burnt, coffee wasn’t made right and couple of the sandwiches ordered weren’t correct definitely would not recommend.

Very nice people who work there ,coffee and food always very good..but...the beggers and bums are relentless..they stand in front and inside and won't let up with the begging...you are losing much business..need to do something about it...can't eat or enjoy your coffee ...we won't be comming back..plenty of other customer friendly places to go to

I always order a snap n bacon and chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles they burn my bacon and get my donut wrong usually I catch it but today they was all over the place I pay my money I want the right order and my Cooked but not burnt , my coffee always be made right

I have been going to this store for years now with no complaints, but in the last month I have gotten egg sandwiches twice, and both times the everything bagels had barely anything on them and they were essentially stale. I think they are using day-old bagels for sandwiches since they are going through the toaster. First time I thought it was a fluke, gave them the benefit of the doubt. Second time, seems like a trend. Will be going to a different Dunkin' from now on.
