It's probably one of the worst Dunkin's around. Even when you order ahead on your app, you still end up waiting. You can barely understand what anyone is saying in there and the least friendliest staff. Place needs to be scrubbed thoroughly and sanitized.

I dont know how this place is still open!! Its filthy, roaches crawling on the counter!! the bathrooms are disgusting. They let violent homeless and addicts hang in there who harass people, threaten customers and management does nothing, the owners are greedy and dont care about customers . This place needs to be condemned!!

I used to live around the neighborhood where did Dunkin donuts is that that dunkin' donuts at one time was the best now is the worst you have people going in there all drugged up but not only that homeless people that has bed bugs and lice on them they stay on the floor or they sit at the table and then you have people that just like start in trouble and I got talking to rude last night cuz I got done ordering donuts you call the corporate headquarter then I'll do nothing and a beautiful stink and you have junkie shooting their drugs in that is not normal and rolling up your marijuana in front of young kids the people have to just walk out of there and nothing is done about it I'm tired of calling the corporate office of dunkin' donuts and no one does nothing about it they're going to lose it a lot of business and a lot of customers that was born and raised around here that likes a hot cup of coffee fresh

The service at this location is AWFUL! I showed up at 7:54pm to purchase 2 bags of ground coffee, closing time is 8pm. They already locked the door with customers still inside seated. The staff worker was mulling around cleaning and refused to sell me the prepackaged coffee saying he closed the register and locks the door at 7:45pm, 15 minutes before closing time. Not sure of the staff’s name as he refused to tell me. He is a short, possibly Asian, man with grey hair and extremely rude. He also doesn’t understand much english, when I asked for a bag of ground coffee he didn’t understand what I was saying. He has misunderstood the words bag of ground coffee on several occasions when I’ve patron in the past. Im not sure who owns this franchise but I’d re-educate the staff regarding closing time, or change the hours online.

My son wanted a sandwich and donuts from here so I ordered it on the mobile app and paid for it. He went to go pick it up and informed them that he received the wrong donuts. The preceded to tell him that they can't take the donuts back. and gave him the correct donut and told him he had to pay for it. They seen a kid and wanted to take advantage of him. Why should my kid pay for the mistake that THEY MADE!? So I walked over to the store and asked to speak to a manger but they said there was no manager. I contacted corporate and the said the franchisee will reach out to me but NOTHING! I DON'T APPRECIATE HOW YOU TRY TO PULL ONE OVER ON MY KID FOR YOUR MISTAKES. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER ONES AROUND.
