Well first of all this I should’ve taken a pics of the other orders they got wrong ? The bagels and English muffins are often stale, no matter what time of day. Today I got a plain bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese around noon, and the bagel was so hard I couldn’t finish the last half. Service is slow, and you’d never know your order is ready anyway because they keep them behind the plexi and never call them out.

I'll give 2 stars because they had nice customer service but there is no need for one sandwich to take 20 minutes when there is barely anyone in the store. Although friendly they are very slow and if running late isn't an option for you then I suggest going to another establishment.
