I stop at this DD I needed to sit here until my job open. The service was okay. It wasn't my orders was ready for hash browns and hot tea. The hash browns were extremely burnt. Next the manager came into the store looking around and wanted to start fixing the tables while I was eating. No to mention he asked if I could move so he and the other crew could do so. This is why I go to Starbucks. Never again

Simply put, the drive-thru is on point. But if you go inside, I waited almost 20 minutes for a coffee and then they give you an attitude when you get upset about it. But like I said the drive-through is quick the guy running it is awesome

We were visiting Philadelphia from Canada and one thing that we all noticed was the poor customer service at most stores and restaurants that we went to. If there was an award for the worst of the worst, this Dunkin' Donuts location would win hands down. Our family went in to order donuts and the server made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by being there.I'm not sure how things work at other donut shops, but where we are from there are names on the donuts to make the ordering process easier. We had to point at the various trays and hope that she was getting what we wanted. When we asked for an Apple Fritter, she told us that we could not have that one as it was not a regular donut.The donuts were nothing special and the service was just plain awful. If you are going to work in customer service, you should understand that it involves serving customers. Customers are the reason you have a job and not just an inconvenience that you must endure in the course of the day.

I post my order online expected to be ready by the time I got Uber there it should have only took app a few minutes because I was in the parking got to the window they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about I said I just placed an order you don't have it They looked around and looked around and I said do you want me to come and park in the parking lot and they said yeso I went and parked in the parking lot and waited and waited Then I went inside after waiting a while I went To the counter nobody acted like they knew what I was talking about meanwhile 5 to 6 other people came in and Came through the drive through and I was still waiting in the lobby arearlier I got up from the chair went to the counter again and said do you have my order then and only then did they see the slip and told the girl to make it for me I asked them for a complimentary coffee he said no you have to pay for it I said after all that waiting are you going to make me pay for coffee OK I will never come back here again and I will tell all my friends not to come back here again. If I knew I had to come in the store and get my food after placing my order in the drive thru. I would have gone somewhere else. I never got my receipt because they knew I was going to write a review. The store is located in Philadelphia pa 5100 City line Ave

Worst. Just went to buy 6 gift cards. The lady was so rude. Barely spoke English. She was so annoyed to serve me. I said do you want me to go somewhere else, she said, yes. I can't make this up. Please do not go here. Last time I got coffee there it was horrible. Only went because my Staff drinks dunkin....Starbucks for me and I'll buy them Starbucks gift cards. I am definitely calling corporate on this location. I've never been told to go somewhere else. It's almost comical.

I visited store #304766 on city Ave. The facility was dirty, the menu screen did not. This made ordering from the surly cashier difficult. She grudgingly provided hint of what was on the menu and you guessed the rest. They actually have signs posted telling you not to sit more than 15 minutes. Who eats breakfast in 15 minutes. My chai tea was barely halfway filled. My 2 breakfast wraps were thrown in one bag. Stuck together and to the bag i could not even try to eat it. I had to request they remake it. This is the worst dunkin experience in my life.

Food orders and coffee constantly screwed up!Ordered a hot sandwich, got something completely different, hash browns are very greasy!A large coffee is now $3.01 served hot, with a lid that leaks all over your truck.Cost for truck upholstery cleaning 30.00!I don't recommend dunkin doughnuts, it has really gone downhill and expensive to cover their screwups.I would give 5 negative stars if it was possible on here!Do the math, a bag of fresh ground coffee 12.00Will give you several pots of coffee!Will bring this up at the next union meeting to ask everyone to stop using dunkin doughnuts

It may have been because I arrived later on a Friday morning, but they were out of 2 donuts that I pre-ordered through the app. That made me a bit sad. They also forgot to include the 3rd donut in my order. This place seems *very* busy so you might want to opt for a better stocked DD for a late morning run.

I pulled through the drive-through and this is during operation hours. No one answered the intercom and I try to go inside the door was locked. I know the store wasn’t close because the lights are on and you still can’t see donuts in the case from outside of the door the employee in the store need to find another job if he don’t want to keep this franchise open.

Customer service is horrible, i also found hair in my food. The guy was touching my food and also counting money with the same hands. I will never come to to this location again.

I placed an order through Dunkin's mobile app. When I got to the window they told me to go through the the drive thru one more time. All this at 7am in the morning. The attendant stated that the 3 coffees were to many drinks and they needed more time. Don't use the app. They will made you wait twice the time as any other customers.
