Back parking lot is disgusting and littered with trash. I get it’s shared, but you’re the busiest business there - take some ownership and keep the city clean / respect your neighbors.
I love their iced coffee and Boston cream donuts. However, for political reasons I won't be buying from Any Dunkin Donuts again.*Added Bonus: I'll be cutting down on a lot of spending, sugar and carbs.

Every so often part of my order is slightly off but never a big deal until today. Somehow my iced coffee and my wrap were BOTH incorrect. There's a tall, old dude working there that clearly has no interest in accuracy. I told him my drink was wrong and all he did was add pumps of the correct syrup to the already sweet drink, making it death by sugar... Thankfully, whoever the woman is working there, she's amazing.
