I moved to Tacony Crossing apartments which is right behind this Dunkin in April 2020 and very quickly became a regular as I love Dunkin iced coffee. The manager and staff have been AMAZING this past year and have treated me so kindly. I am disabled and incredibly poor and often would come in paying for a coffee with change and I can't even count how many free drinks and donuts I've been gifted with over the past year. They were busy and short staffed it seemed but the ones working were really patient and polite. And still gave great service without showing to much frustration. I commend the workers there tonight.

The customer service was ok, I detected a hint of attitude in the young man's voice behind the counter when my phone wouldn't scan on the app and when I sat at a table it was dirty and I seen a strand of hair on the table which was very unsanitary, the only thing good in here was the coffee.
