This place is poorly run. It’s dirty. The staff is not pleasant and they don’t have the tools they need to seem competent. Go to Wawa. Wawa is less than a block away and it has a better selection and a more competent, helpful management team running things.

I never usually leave reviews but this place needs new management asap. The employees are horribly rude, the food is from 5 days ago dry and stale. The coffee orders are never correct and if they are they taste horrible!!! If I could give 0 stars and rate them again I would.

I ordered a hot coffee with cream and SUGAR they give me a coffee with cream and NO SUGAR but don’t tell me first. If they would of told me I wouldn’t of wasted $5 on a cup of hot water and cream. I’ll never come here again. How does a Dunkin not have sugar and not tell anyone before they make your order???

Ordered a macchiato and two hash browns. The guy Rang up matcha and tried to tell me that’s what I asked for. Like I don’t order the same thing every time. Then gave me cold hash browns and said he would replace them. Gave me two bags of half cold and half hot hash browns?.

If I could 0 stars I would. I order on my phone so i dont have to deal with the rudeness and the staff actually argue with me in the store if i have to talk with them. I order the cocoa signature latte and they literally gave me a cup of chocolate milk. Before accusing, I asked if they put coffee in it, it was clearly a cup of milk with chocolate at the bottom unstirred. The young man started yelling at me "why wouldnt I put coffee in I already did" and then the older Asian lady asked me why I always have a problem when I come in here. I literally order on my phone then pick it up. The only competent person there was the manager. Who came out, made espresso and put it in my drink. Wow, now it had coffee in it. This place is a disgrace for the way they talk to you. Dont go here for morning coffee because its served with attitude and not a good start to anyones day. This isnt my only bad interaction so I will be taking it to Dunkin Cooperate.
