Best Indian food around! My favorite takeout place and my guilty pleasure— SO much flavor and so many vegetarian options. Can’t stop recommending this place. Dal makhani, ekta dal, and paneer tikka masala are my go-tos. Bf can’t get enough of the butter chicken

Honestly this is the best restaurant in Manayunk......this Ekta location is the definition of 'consistency' ... friendly, welcoming service and the food is always on point..... consistently great. Nothing on Main St or Ridge Ave compares .

Best Indian food in Philadelphia. Get the butter chicken, not chicken tikka masala!

Amazing Indian food. Biryani is incredible

While the sauces are tasty, don't expect much food to go with them beyond the overprocessed, flavorless white rice. Dishes are lacking much substance and were mostly sauce. This is a takeout operation with some basic seating. Should you dine in, expect food served in plastic containers with plastic utensils and styrofoam plates (really), and no tap water extended. There are veggie options (like most Indian menus) but no vegan on the menu.Vegetarian options: No vegan options

The food was good. The eat in experience was not so good because they served food on disposable plates and utensils rather than ceramic or so. Given the fact that we need to save the planet, this is inexcusable for a business serving food to eat inside the restaurant.

Staff was nice and food was on time, but the spice level did not match our expectations. We like spicy food, and ordered medium spice level but it was so spicy we could hardly enjoy the main part of the meal. The samosas, onion bhaji and naan are excellent, but beware of the spice level when you order. The medium was on par with habanero level heat, if not hotter.

Tiki masala and naan both delicious. Can’t find better Indian food in the area

Delicious Indian food worth the trip as it's takeout. So thrilled to discover it!Parking: Depending on the time of day, mostly after 4pm, would be easier to double park if needed as most likely the food would be ready for pickup at the time requested.

So happy to have this in the neighborhood!! The best Indian food around. The dal makhani is the best I've ever had. Everything is fresh and flavorful. Generous portions, always tons of leftovers.

One of my favorite restaurants! The food is so delicious! The mango lamb/chicken is the best hands down.

There are no words to convey the deliciousness of this food. The tandoori chicken was moist and perfectly flavored. The tikka masala was out of this world incredible. I have nothing but rave reviews. 10 out of 10 recommend. I will definitely return. Thank you for an amazing dinner.
