Today, July 4, was my first time dining in at Ekta. My older parents and I were looking for a place to eat (and having a tough time finding one!); finally we saw that Ekta was open, though we then discovered that it was due to close in 40 minutes.

Food was delicious. We came when no one else was there and it was pleasant and relaxing.
My go-to is the butter chicken with naan, but have also tried the saag paneer, aloo gobi and they all hit the spot. However, their dishes with chicken breast tend to skew dry. The chicken biriyani was super dry and the chicken tikka masala is not as tender as the butter chicken (made with thigh meat).
