Enswell is a gorgeous restaurant (even the loo is worth a visit... think high gloss burgundy and wallpaper) and bottle shop, and the service is some of the best I've experienced in the city thus far. The sausage was so good, the flat white was excellent, and the potatoes are perfectly crispy. You're in a great neighborhood for roaming, some light shopping, and people watching. Highly recommend and so happy we spent our Friday morning at a sweet little two-top outside chatting with our server-- great way to start the weekend.

While this place is a beautiful place with a good atmosphere, the food does not match the vibe. I can’t speak about dinner, but the brunch is overpriced and average at best. My wife and I had two turkey sandwiches. It was awful. It look like chewed up chopped meat- I’m not even sure if it was turkey. It was supposed to be smoked turkey and did not taste it at all. The mushroom scrapple tasted like cardboard. The overpriced “turkey” sandwich was 17.00 and I’m not sure how that was justified. Needless to say I’d never suggest this place - which is a shame cause it is beautiful inside.

Lovely is an understatement! Stopped into Enswell for some after dinner drinks and had the pleasure of having Jo for our server. Made me and my partner feel so comfortable and gave reccomendations to drinks we ended up obsessing over. Great atmosphere, great drinks, (heard the food is good too) but Jo was a total delight. She elevated the entire experience for us and had lots of great tidbits about the resturant. Would come back just for her and the other amazing members of staff!! 10/10

We went in for a quick drink before our dinner reservation somewhere else and we got the cosmopolitan and capri sun with vodka. Some of the best drinks we’ve ever had! The atmosphere was gorgeous, we definitely wish we had stayed for the food! The staff was super helpful and attentive as well!
Their value for money is terrible. Portion sizes are small and don't justify the pricing at all. Brunch food was just fine, nothing to remember

We loved our brunch! We had eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, yogurt parfait and turkey sandwich. Everyone enjoyed their meal very much! Coffee, both hot and iced, and iced jasmine tea were delicious. Great atmosphere and excellent service made for a lovely time in South Philly this morning.
