Wonderful new restaurant in Center City. Café by day, restaurant by night, gives it the feel of a spot straight out of Europe.

Atmosphere was great and our server was super nice, but wow was the food gross. The fried chicken and caviar was a pile of fried breading with two pieces of DRY chicken. The duck fries were good, but the dipping sauce was weirdly vinegar heavy. An hour and a half in we finally asked to take our third dish(the pasta special) to go because of how slow the kitchen was and how underwhelming the food tasted. All in all, not worth it. Portions were very tiny and the flavors were off.

Cocktails are very good and there is a nice variety of versatile options on the menu. I especially recommend the Bramble and Hayward. We were quoted at a 20 minute wait and waited for over an hour, which left something to be desired. Food was good (particularly crab hash brown) but small portions. Would prefer larger drinking glasses although the waiter refilled regularly.

Brett welcomed, did a follow up and ensured we had the best Anniversary. We drove from Virginia, 4 1/2 hours to spend an evening and it didn't disappoint. Xavier took gracious care of us and Kiahna went above and beyond to make it a night to remember. Thank you. It was better than the great expectations we had.

Marketed as a cafe, yet if you get only coffee and not eating you’re relegated to one of two small two person booths. I get it, but don’t assume I’m only there for coffee. If ya want to get some work done, gotta use your own hotspot b/c the guest WiFi is turned off at 10.Food is overpriced and mid at best.

Love the atmosphere here, it's lovely Great for coffee or tea Love getting a glass of wine or cocktail with friends in the PM Breakfast offerings need to be more extensive Dinner menu changed and not for the better Friend and I were just there and enjoyed the atmosphere and wine/cocktail but there was absolutely nothing we wanted to eat for dinner on the menu

Came here for brunch and was blown away! Really good food and loved the atmosphere. We got the Dutch baby with maple bacon and the Benedict - both were delicious! I definitely plan to come again.

Sat at the bar for dinner. Ester, our bartender, was great! Both the food and drinks are excellent. It's also beautifully decorated and cozy. Recommend!

The home made English muffin sandwich was one of the best I ever had! The space is beautiful and a wonderful place for conversation. I will be returning for lunch and dinner!

Walking into Enswell feels like walking into the cafe of a palace that was designed by Riccardo Tisci. They nailed that boujee, yet not pretentious feel on the interior. It's warm and cozy, but I still feel classy af in here.Sometimes you walk into a place like this and it just feels inauthentic, kind of like it's a movie set. Just no character. Not here.Anyways, my nickname in high school was "plain croissant" because I love a plain croissant more than I love a drunk cigarette.Much to my chagrin, they were out of plain croissants so I had to call an audible- BLUE 42, GREEN 80, OMAHA! OMAHA!- and went with the Za'atar Croissant as the lady began selling me on it like a prime Gordon Gekko.A Za'atar croissant is literally just a plain croissant with Za'atar spices in it, and I love both of those things so this crossover inevitably blew me away. When God closes the plain croissant door, he opens the Za'atar croissant window. GOD DID!We sat at the bar as we just wanted pastries and lattes, but they do have a full lunch/drink menu as well. The attention to detail and artistry on these lattes was inspirational, as they had little flakes of lavender on top of my lavender latte. Music selection was great as well as I even shazam’d a few songs, but I gotta gatekeep those I'm sorry. When I see my high school friends, I will need to inform them my new nickname is "Za'atar croissant."THANK YOU ENSWELL I'LL BE BACK ASAP ROCKY!IG @jnov_Tiktok @jnov__

Great food and ambiance. The restaurant was smaller than expected, but I enjoyed the intimate atmosphere. The service, food, and drinks were impeccable.
