This is my neighborhood pizzeria. I absolutely love the customer service and the quality of the food. I went to New York last weekend and the pizza was not up to par with Evo! Love this place. I recommend the Pizza and salads especially.

I recently ordered two pizzas from EVO using the app Slice. I received confirmation of the order with an expected delivery time of 6:15. By 6:40, the pizzas had not arrived. I called EVO four times to try to find out if my food was coming, but their phone line was not working and I was disconnected every time (this happens consistently - I've ordered from them at least 20 times and I have never been able to reach them by phone).By 7:00, I reached out to request a refund through the app and ordered new food. My pizzas arrived at 7:06, and the delivery person said he was sorry, they were very busy that night. I said I had ordered new food and no longer wanted the order. My app still said that my pizzas were going to be delivered at 6:15 at that point - there was no update at all about my food and no way for me to reach them.EVO has refused to refund me my money, saying that they delivered the pizzas. But they didn't bother to pick up their phone or to communicate with me when it was running late, so how was I supposed to know that my food was coming? I love their pizza, but this is such horrible customer service that I won't be eating there again.

When I lived in the area a few years ago. I ordered from this pizza shop. The pizza to me at the time was delicious. I haven’t lived in the area for years. I went there twice this passing summer. The young lady she’s has a great customer service give her a ?.I just went there this pass this Sunday. They didn’t have slices on Sunday. I ordered a whole pizza half pepperoni/ cheese/ ricotta cheese. I see that pizza has been made differently compared to years ago. The flavor of the pizza good. The addition of the ricotta cheese could’ve had more flavor. I just seasoned more once I got home. Overall at first I was upset lol. Let me clarify I added the ricotta for more flavor lol. The pizza was different and tasty. If you’re in the area check this Evo. I wasn’t able to take the picture it looked pretty. The crust was looking shiny good. I noticed the cornmeal underneath along with the pizza. Enjoy!

I use to feel that the food there was close to a five star. Everything was great except the more I ordered the worst the food became. I feel totally
let down. So l let them know that my last two orders. My chicken tenders were overcooked. So could they please try not to overcook them this time. I order that with a X-large cheese pizza along with something else. I feel like because I said something about my food being overcooked the last time that I ordered . They sabotaged my pizza by dousing it in garlic powder. I want to say " Thank you EVO but No Thank you!" I will be making my pizza from home for now on.

I ordered delivery for a beef steak sandwich with "extra, extra onions andmushrooms. The delivery time posted around 8:41pm. I went to the kitchen and made a milkshake for my beverage. At 8:50, no delivery so I called. No answer. I stood by the window on the second floor at 8:36pm because it takes a while to come from the third floor to the first. No one came. Finally, around 9:10pm, I went downstairs to get my mail. The sandwich was on top of my packages. No one rang the bell! Now I know I tagged it S "no contact delivery", however, I at least expected someone to ring the bell. As a result, in less than 32⁰ weather, the sandwich was cold. Additionally, the sandwich had no mushrooms or "extra, extra onions"! This was/is the worst delivery I've ever received! I will never order anything from them ever. Unless, the zombie apocalypse occurs and it's the only place in the world with food and even then, I might make out better foraging!
