Fallin off the Bone Wings

This place has been an absolute rave to hear about so I decided to try it out. The flavor of the wings were really good, but the wings were small in size and undercooked. When I took a bite from a few wings they still had a few red pieces in the inside. Wish they were fully cooked for me to enjoy. Also, the person who took my order was very kind but the flies in the establishment were a bit distracting.

The locations all have employees under 25 is what it seems who lack professional, time management and customer service skills. Today l, at the 52nd location I waited 40+ mins for a chicken sandwich platter. I visited on my break and obviously not only was i late to return but couldn’t eat it due to that. When I asked for eta they told me i was waiting for fries which took another 15 mins. I was the only person in the store and watched them use fries for other orders while i sat and waited lol…. Smh… i haven’t worked food industry in years but why make a seated customer wait for fries that are up to put in a to go order that isn’t here for pick up? Make it make sense… most likely won’t return based on the cashiers energy. This is the second location I visited and Frankford was worse with the owner

Only because the two young fellas were in there not caring about the food they were fixing. The young lady came in and made sure my food wasn't burnt. They need people that are reliable. Get rid of the young guys

I order on door dash. And my food took over an hour to get came to the store my food still was not ready. Had to come to the store to pick it. The owner lady had a very bad attitude. I will not be ordering from this store ever again the customer service experience was one the worst ever. If you can’t handle the customer maybe you should not be in business. This was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had at any new restaurant. They really need to either get it together or close it.

Well Philadelphia... look like we're going to have to add another name to the best cheese steak spot in Philly... also these shrimp and chicken fries maaan!! Im definitely going back.

Absolute Joke. This place has been open for a week so I decided to try it. Facebook reviews made it look amazing. $15 for 10 of the absolute smallest wings I've ever seen in my life. Decent flavor but Very disappointed.

The food is very good but just a little pricey. The service was ok. The young lady taking orders could use a little more etiquette but she wasn't horrible . The atmosphere was simply the corner of Castor and Frankford Ave. I will return one day because the food was good.

I just was getting a order from a dash order that was picked up by a dasher it happens. But the way the manager just came out and yelled in my face because his daughter who is the cashier told him I disrespect her funny thing is I never had a conversation with his daughter and slightly told him when you running an establishment you never come out with your apron on and gloves yelling at a female and then when my husband pull him to the side he wants to apologize I declined your apology because what if my husband wasn’t around you should’ve never 👎 disrespect me when I told you I never disrespect your cashier…… BLACK OWN BUSINESS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR OWNERSHIP

First time trying from door dash I ordered chicken cheesesteak was given salmon cheese rolls they were good veryyyy veryyy good but I couldn’t finish the one next day I had the worst pain in my stomach been on the toilet til my legs fell asleep food poisoning feeling in my stomach and chest I give the one star because it was very good just upset im still on this toilet for 2 hours now
