The Lady was extremely rude 😠hung up on me when I tried to place an order. Still drove 20 minutes. Still ordered. Was disappointed at the service but the food was fire. I would def go somewhere else. Not from here so I had no options I was craving Jamaican only spot open on a Sunday (which is also a plus) but everything else sucked lmao

Oxtails taste like ketchup or Sugar is in to. I got extra gravy and it tasted like I poured extra ketchup on top.. Very disappointing..

Have no luck here with ackee and salt fish anymore. Last two times paid for a large they sent a medium.Paid for large again this time worst they sent mini sized container with ackee and salt fish and 4 salty fried dumplings wrapped in foil.No yams no banana.At least this time they sent the correct soup

This business just lost a very valuable customer. I frequently ordered from Erkies prior to this. I usually order through DoorDash because it's not close to my house. This was my second time ordering and items I ordered are out of stock but they still will confirm the order through the app and just call and hope you want something else to keep the money. Then when you don't want a substitute they won't cancel the order and tell you they can't cancel it. Now I have to take an extra step and contact DoorDash support to get my money back. If you don't have an item just take it off DoorDash so no one can order it and stop wasting people time.

The absolute WORST jerk chicken I've ever had in my life. The chicken was very dry with no seasoning at all. So, I asked for jerk sauce. They didn't have any at first. Then they found a cold bottle or jerk sauce on the counter and poured it on the chicken. That sauce was subpar at best. I literally threw the whole platter away. Too dry and very bland. The cabbage was just ok. The customer service was good. But the jerk chicken was trash. Overall, I give this place a 1.5 Star out of 5 or 10. And that star is only because of the service. 😒
