The donuts are gross. It’s not like the old days when they were special and delicious and unique.

I went into the shop with questions about how I could have an order delivered to someone I know, with a card I wrote included. Nassim was so friendly and helpful and walked me through the menu and ordering through Door Dash, and also personally made sure my card got put into the bag for the order. The recipient was so happy with his gift, so thank you Nassim for helping to make it happen and for making two happy customers today! Give Nassim a raise!!!!

I want to start off by commenting how friendly and personable the staff is up front. They literally make my day, each one of them and they're great at what they do. The food here is always fresh and delicious, and the coffee is amazing! I'm pretty particular with my latte, being as though I was a barista for years, and the espresso they use is delicious and perfectly calibrated. It's not too hard to make an iced mocha, but this location by far makes THE BEST with amazing service to go with it.

Donuts and coffee are amazing! This place ruins my diet but makes me happy! Keep up the good work! :)

Food is overpriced and the staff have a bitchy attitude. Paid $12 for a chicken sandwich from the frozen foods isle.

The Early Bird ($10) was not very good. The bread was too mushy and weak, the egg was a weird spongey square affair, there was a piece of double-fried? Chicken on it, good but not very big. The pepper jack cheese wasn't melty at all. Liked the pepper relish they put on it but it's nowhere near my list of the best breakfast sandwiches and wasn't that great of a value.

Loved it. Hassan has great customer service, and my wife and I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Highly recommended. Delicious. We ordered the chicken bacon ranch, buffalo slider, za'atar fries, chicken ranch salad, chicken tenders, and some donuts. Fresh, tasty, and delicious. Free parking.

$18.25 pretax for sandwich, fries and soda. It’s not even close to mid. Chicken looks sad and tasty salty. Would recommend to just travel a tiny bit more and get the same thing from chick fil a for $10

✔ 1) DONUTS: *see pictures attached*
- donut shaped cake sweet treat for yourself - changes seasonally.
- it's nice to try a switch up esp when it's a place you spend a lot of time in ie. work from home space.

✔ 2) COFFEE:
- as strong as speciality coffee shops.

✔ 3) PARKING:
- ample FREE PARKING LOT space, not street parking.

✔ 4) WIFI:
- reliable, guest wifi available.

✔ 5) AMBIANCE: - *see picture attached*
- AESTHETICS: exposed brick
- TABLES: ample room for your legs, food, and personal items.
- MUSIC: calm/ neutral.

✖︎ 6) NO OUTLETS/ wfh space:
✖︎ - makes the cafe, an 'eat only' type of restaurant rather than a traditional cafe, where you have the ability to work from home(wfh), and or study.
✖︎ - you'll have until your laptop dies, or be prepared to bring back up devices (ie. tablet).

✔ 6) STORE MANAGER MANAGER:
- amazing customer service.

OVERALL:
✔ good fast coffee + cake-y donuts + customer service + wifi.
✖︎ work-friendly cafe (productivity/ study)
- although has potential w/ the parking lot + ample table space + wifi + ambiance, and so forth.

Chicken bacon ranch, 1) almost zero ranch flavor, zero bacon flavor (it tasted less bacon then you get from a 3 hour old continental breakfast buffet. And was crispier. The chicken was just a chicken cutlet...dudes shopping at acme a few blocks away lol.Such. a 1/4" cutlet does not benefit from 2x frying. Lots of crispy batter but for 13 dollars I'd prefer it to taste less like unseasoned fried batter in between a potato bun with a few pieces of lettuce and taste predominantly if chicken, bacon, and ranch.

When they left federal st location a chicken sandwich was not 13 dollars...it was barely 10. And they do a discount if your order a combo? That's just insulting.

You dont want a gut bomb? F. You, pay more!

20 for a less than below average sandwich, coffee, and hot donut. Smdh. I'd have taken a pic if I saw the false advertising and just inconsistency documented in these reviews.
