First visit to Fitz on 4th, went with my husband and in laws. We all got the prix fixe option (1 tapas, 1 salad and 1 main). All of us enjoyed our plates. I can honestly say we did not have any complaints.
For dessert we got the brownie which was also very good.

Found myself wanting a bit more after my first visit here a year ago. The spinach artichoke dip and gnocchi were both excellent. The pretzels were great, while the queso had great flavor but was more of a combination of a cheese ball / cheese spread texture. The sourdough bread appetizer was meh and I found the Mac and cheese watery and lacking flavor. Overall a very good dinner with some dishes that stood out more than others.
This place ranks up there with the best vegan restaurants we have ever been to so far. Everything was fresh made, so no “fake” meats. Their twist on some of the usual vegan dishes you might find elsewhere is what sets them apart. Everything was perfectly seasoned and delicious.
