First time customer here! This food was amazing. I ordered my daughter the ‘Grilled Atlantic Salmon’, with Mac & cheese, & Dirty Turkey Rice!!? She’s a picky eater and she enjoyed every bit of it! The Mac was Very tasteful btw!!! I ordered myself the ‘ General Bros Salmon & Crab Fried Rice; also the ‘Seafood Pasta Salad! It was soooo good man lol but seriously!!!I put my meal in a pan/oven because I wanted to get freshened up for dinner ( I knew I’d be a while so I wanted to keep my food nice & warm). Look how much is in that container, I was able to fill an entire pan! ?This will last me for at least two servings or three!!! We Paid $55 for everything! It was worth the money. We will most definitely be back ‼️ Thanks Floyds?

Food is okay but I really want to write a review for customer service … the lady at the front will literally continue whatever task she is doing before acknowledging that you even walked into the store .. when someone is supporting especially a small business the least you can do is greet someone when they walk in your business …. The front lady was very dismissive and acted as if I was unconvincing her

Great service. The Ms Lady there is super sweet very friendly .clean ambiance. The banana pudding cake was delicious unique I'm definitely gonna try all the desserts.. I am a foodie and so is my man to keep things 100.. the chicken could've been.. No should've been fried harder we don't like the skin soft .. has to be crunchy and crispy.. but it was seasoned well.. nothing was salty at all .. it actually could've used some like the greens it was just missing that kick and the Mac and cheese was basic the food is not bad just standard. The dessert really stood out .. also the homemade drinks are super sweet we had to add ice and water so for $8 for 2 drinks overpriced .. but hey I would try again.. the shrimp were really good perfectly cooked.. try it for yourself!!

The lady at the front desk was so rude, I was waiting for 40 mins with no acknowledgement and when I did say something she responded “this is my restaurant no one is gona rush me”
10 out of 10. For real. Foood took me back 40 years (omg & smh) when my mom was in the kitchen. I'm so sorry I didn't take pictures of the food, it tasted so good I didn't have time chil' ?. We had potato salad, turkey legs, greens, Mac & cheese and roasted wings. Goodness...

The lady at the front was very rude and dismissive. My daughter and I waited patiently to order without our presents even being acknowledged for a little over 10 minutes with only one customer waiting for their food. I stood where the sign said “order here” yet the lady stood at the opposite end of the counter and darn near whispered “can I help you” ias if I was bothering her. As I began to order, the lady abruptly walked away and began to put stickers on boxes.I kindly said never mind and walked out.Funny thing is I felt her energy before she attempted to take my order, but I still wanted to support a neighborhood black business.I Kindly took my funds to Jamils Cafe instead. Work or your customer service, you never know who’s patronizing you.

Customer Service here is horrible besides the extremely long wait for food. The front desk lady is just rude unprofessional and inattentive to customers. The food is okay but not worth the unprofessionalism displayed.

Floyd's roasted wings are THE TRUTH!!! They are the best roasted wings I have ever eaten from ANY restaurant. Very juicy and well seasoned!! A must try. You will not be disapponted. The $1 shrimp are also the bomb!! You go Floyd!

Overall, our food was ok. The cabbage, string beans and greens were too salty, too much hot sauce and liquid smoke added. The fried wings were good, salmon was cooked perfectly, and the yams were great. The seafood pasta salad was good but it needed some real crabmeat in there or salmon, it was a lot of imitation crab, but I’d order it again. I’ll give them another try and order something different.
