“I have been to my fair share of Halal trucks in Philly. This has proven to be my favorite. Some would claim they are all the same but the consistent quality of this location is what puts it above the rest. Comb over rice, extra red sauce. At least once a week.“
“A gem! Got mixed veg with shrimp (and gravy) and boy did that exceed my expectations for $7. Chicken platters are $6. Super tasty, CHEAP, and the lo-mien is better than the brick-and-mortar restaurants around here to me.Cart is just about at 6th and Sansom, so if you work around here, you need to try it for lunch one day!“

“I just had the seasoned fries and the salmon shrimp cheese steak which was so delicious. It was my first time ordering with the grilled salmon stand. Hats off to the chef ?? great job doing big things I love it. Everything was so perfectly cooked and the other important thing was it was hot when I got it. Which I ordered though door dash great job being on time to them. I would definitely order from his place again. Everything was the right amount of food.“

“I come here at least twice a week it’s so good! Can’t go wrong with your order whether it’s a Katsu platter or fish burrito (my personal favorite) and one of few food trucks you can order ahead!“
“The halal gyro express cart at the corner of 13th and chestnut is by far the best halal food I’ve ever had. The chicken and rice is out of this world and the white sauce is the best I’ve ever had. Keep up the good work!!!“

“Sooooo tasty! Definitely a generous portion of comfort food! If you like spice, my favorite is the Chicken, Lamb and Rice with red (hot) and white sauce. With or without the hot sauce it is excellent! Fast and accommodating - I called ahead and my order of 6 platters and 8 gyros was ready for me when I arrived.“

“The water ice had a weird taste but not horrible, maybe the flavor I chose. They were out of a lot of flavors, the line was long but moved pretty fast and the dude at the window mumbled a few sentences, I had no idea what he said lol. Decent place.“

“The best halal food in the city. Been there twice already and plan on many return trips. Also, pretty cool that they named a dish after my office, Bresslergroup!“

“Was so excited to be back in the area to finally get fish, shrimp & rice. Went here because my usual place was not open. A little disappointed. It was ok but had a different taste than what I remember. No fault of theirs. Maybe I was just used to the cart location I previously frequented. Didnt really like the location. Too many young people loitering in parking lot.“

“The food was good. We had ordered 3 different pita wraps, and a shrimp over salad. They were all done well. The portion size was good. Drinks came free with each meal.Sami was a great guy to talk to. Friendly and hospitable. The parking lot opposite the cart is free to park. Will definitely come back, if I'm in the area.“

“I recently had lunch in Lucky's Trading Post and tried two standout sandwiches that didn’t disappoint.
Paulie is their take on a classic cheesesteak, featuring thinly sliced ribeye, Cooper Sharp American cheese, and a touch of their signature cheese sauce. The garlic butter toasted Liscio’s seeded roll adds just the right amount of crunch, making this a solid cheesesteak option.
Carmine is a classic Italian hoagie with a spicy twist. It’s packed with hot capocollo, sopressata, prosciutto, and mortadella, all layered with a cherry pepper spread, sharp provolone, and crisp veggies. The oil and red wine vinegar tie everything together on a seeded long roll, giving it a nice kick.
The owner, Chris, is clearly on top of his sandwich and culinary game. Both sandwiches were flavorful and satisfying, and the laid-back, neighborhood vibe of the spot, connected to Lucky’s Last Chance, made for a great casual lunch. Can't wait to return to try more . . .“

“It is affordable and has a large portion. It is said that the beef brisket rice is delicious, but the quantity of beef brisket rice is limited, so it is best to buy it before twelve o'clock.
There were a lot of people queuing up and you had to wait for about fifteen minutes.“

“So I Typically order the tofu hoagie from Tais which is amazing and I've gotten many friends hooked on it, but I thought that I should try their tofu veggie pho and see how I like it.First of all, it was arguably the best noodle soup I have ever had. Full of tofu, cabbage, bell pepper, onion, and broccoli, as well as the add on sauces, lemon, and Thai basil, it was super filling and made me wish I had more. The broth is light but flavorful and the Thai basil had a bit of an anise and minty flavor go it, but when I added the tomato sauce/base to the soup, the Thai basil became spicy almost. So this dish is one that will fill you up and repeatedly change flavors10/10 recommend“
“I got the tofu curry rice. It came with a lil bit of cucumber kimchi, white rice, steamed tofu, and vegetable curry. It cost $10 and took ~15 minutes. As for the dish itself, the cucumber kimchi was amazing and the portion of the meal was big, I had leftovers. The curry was sweet, not at all savory, and it had the texture of a loosely gleatinzed stock. It might sound bad, but the texture isn't bad when you eat it with rice. Doesnt feel like curry though. The menu seems pretty affordable and expansive. Unfortunately they only accept cash but I would definitely go again!“

“These pretzels give me an orgasm in my mouth whoever says they're bad dry pretzels are stupid people because wetzel pretzel is the best pretzel I've ever eaten in my entire freaking life. Thank you wetzel's pretzels for giving me the best night ever“
“My favorite Asian food around campus. Yes, there is a surcharge if you do not pay by cash, but this happens to most other food trucks and many restaurants outside campus. Not sure of the reason behind it , but this is certainly not something that only happens at this place.“

“I took my nephew here today and he passed out on the car ride there and it’s mid nap time I did not want to wake him up and the young girl behind the counter Olivia was so sweet she even brought the food and water ice out to the car because I didn’t want to wake him up just to grab the food! Every single time I’m there it’s always an amazing experience all the workers are very sweet. A friend and I just went there two days ago for some water ice and another amazing Experience! Plus they definitely have the best water ice and food!!!! Highly Highly HIGHLY recommend if you haven’t been there before you need to go and check it out!!!! They even have a cute little outdoor seating area! Thank you Chloes Corner for always making it a pleasure to come back!“

“I went to Dienner’s on the recommendation of an acquaintance. It was absolutely delicious! I tried the original rotisserie wings and the smoked wings. The rotisserie were good, but the smoked wings were so good that I went back after finishing them and bought a pound to take home to DC. Don’t miss this spot in Reading Terminal. You’ll be sorry!“
