Founding Fathers Sports Bar & Grill

I found this bar after initially going to another establishment and they were having issues with their liquor license. I was happy that we ended up here because the beer, cocktail and food options were plentiful! The waitstaff were helpful and attentive! The vibe was cool…many mounted TVs with all types of sport games to view. We had the calamari..wings…shrimp and chicken tenders! Everything tasted so good. I look forward to returning to this establishment to sample more of the food options!

It was pretty quiet but amazing atmosphere. Our waiter Braden was friendly and very attentive! The food was fantastic!

Definitely poppin. Chill ass vibe. No attitude and A1 servers. All they need is to give a complimentary drink every now and then. IJS

I ordered take-out for pick-up through UberEats. I should have ordered from the restaurant directly. Something went wrong and when I arrived they hadn't started the order. I waited 30 minutes for it. I could have gotten to a restaurant closer and sat down for that. I ordered a hamburger and I liked the fries, but the burger was overdone and I didn't like the cheese or the burnt taste of the burger. I would not order from here again or go to eat there. The places was spotless but it smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. There were happy customers and the drinks looked good, so it's probably best to get drinks.

I have been living in Philly for about 2 years and I have visited the bar/restaurant several times. I take friends here when they come and visit. It’s really close by and a nice spot for drinks and food.

Lately the food hasn’t been the way it use to be. I Decided hey why not order from a place I have had before and know the food is good. I decided to order takeout and let’s says the food was not satisfactory. Wings were leaking in grease. Burger was under cooked when I asked for medium well. Lettuce looked and tasted off. Hopefully things get better when it comes to the food. Drinks are always amazing and staff is a 10/10!

Great Spurs bar, even though they lost when I was there. Good crew to watch the game with in Philly, plus a “Tottenham Guinness” is only $6. COYS!

This place was great! My group was having an awful no-good day and the food, vibes, and our wonderful waitress made things so much better. My sister said the crab cakes were the best she ever had, and my sandwich was delicious. Prices reasonable for a good amount of food, and they had karaoke the night we went!

Not a bad little spot to meet and have beers but I wouldn't go back for food.

I got shrimp tacos and French fries. Does shrimp were slightly undercooked and very plain the darkness themselves collectively were kind of sloppy. Not a good presentation.

The french fries look like they would have been good but for God's sakes how have restaurants not figured out how to NOT put crispy food especially french fries into containers with plastic lids and no ventilation?!! I walked one block with these french fries and they were instantly soggy from the steam. Restaurants especially this one need to realize food to go is just as important as food eaten on premise

Definitely worth a visit if you're nearby. Service is efficient and friendly. Friend and I had a great chat with one bartender Chase about our hometown Baltimore.
