Franklin Ice Cream Bar is a clever alternative when you want the Franklin vibe without the big line. If you love soft-serve, creative presentation, and ambiance with a side of price awareness, it’s worth stopping by.
The best ice cream I tasted in Philly. I ordered the coconut ice cream with almond toppings. Do note that the almond toppings are very expensive. The taste of the coconut ice cream is delicious. I will definitely come back again when I visit Philly the next time. The shop is small and is decorated nicely.
We had a wonderful experience tonight. We were out walking our dog when we stopped in. A woman out front was kind enough to take us to the to go part of the store to skip the line. The ice cream was delicious and the Chinese takeout container was a fun touch. I’d recommend stopping for a fun atmosphere and sweet treat.
