“We just love our new family restaurant! We get treated like family everytime we go!!!! The atmosphere is so cozy and the staff is exceptional. And let's talk about the food - it's absolutely to die for! The portions during happy hour are perfect and the prices are so reasonable.

But the best part? Let me introduce you to DAVID! He's the star of the show - always attentive, funny, and he makes drinks like a true master! Whenever I go, I insist on being seated with David.

They made our anniversary so special and they truly care about their guests' experience. We feel so lucky to have this gem in the neighborhood. I'd travel far and wide for this level of excellence!

Oh, and I can't forget to mention my favorites: The Good Good Things drink, the Buffalo wings during happy hour, and the amazing cheesesteak! And my kids absolutely love the huge, deep dish, extra cheesy pizza.

Almost forgot the fresh house made potato chips!!!! So so so good!!! Don't skip them!

“I would like to thank the entire staff at South house that worked day shift on Sunday Aug. 11th, 2024. they did everything to ensure my self and my family had a great time celebrating my birthday. they set up all the tables to keep us all together. they worked hard at the bar and table to meet all of our food and drink needs. The food was amazing and the service was perfect. The bartender was our server and he was on top of everything.
We had the Calamari, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and the Fish & Chips and we were very happy and would order any of it again.
The Fish & Chips was a great portion size!

“Was there last night for early dinner and stayed to see the Eagles first TD. Food was fresh and extremely tasty. The vibe here is great. The service was excellent. Our server, Max, was very personable and gives very good recommendations. Max is not the only server like this. It seems to be the culture there. They have a lot of loyal customers. When we left the was a couple looking for a place to eat and watch the game. I quickly recommended Glory. If in Old City and near Chestnut and 2nd give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.“

“We stumbled into this wonderful place cold, hungry and exhausted. The wonderful lady at the door, who turns out to be the owner, welcomed us with open arms and began to search for a table. We had to wait a few minutes so she got us 2 stools to sit on while we ordered our beer. Minutes later our table was ready! We ordered the Guinness Casserole and left nothing on that plate! She came over to check on us and saw that we had no soda bread and got us a plate full. We boxed a few pieces to take back with us to enjoy at breakfast. As we left we thanked her and I told her that everything was FANTASTIC and showed her the bread we were going to take home! She then took the box and filled it for us so we had enough for long drive home! I will come back anytime I'm in Philly. I have told all my friends and family to come here. It is a wonderful place. “My cousin and I were looking for a spot that was in between my suburban Philly home & her S.Jersey location. We asked Google for a great restaurant in Fishtown & they sent us here. WAY TO GO GOOGLE!! We shared 2 incredibly yummy & imaginative sandwiches (a phenomenal crabcake & a grilled goat cheese). Both were accompanied by delicious sides (fresh Caesar salad and fantastic fries). Sam was our server extraordinaire. Highly recommended that PHANTASTIC PHILLY PHIND!! We will be back❣️“
