This pepper chicken salad I just received taste like garbage, they fell way off and I'm very disappointed

At 5pm, I ordered a mushroom cheese steak with fried onions, ketchup, mustard and crush pepper seeds to be delivered. It was here by 5:30. They sent me a chicken cheese steak couldn’t see the cheese, no mushroom, ketchup or mustard, they had green peppers on the sandwich.

I immediately called back and told the girl the order was wrong. She got very arrogant with me and told me she gave me what I ordered. I asked her, please do tell me how you got the word chicken and mushroom mixed up. She claimed she was going to have it sent. I asked her if she wanted me to trash the sandwich I had. She said no, give it to the driver. I asked how long was it going to take. She said 45 minutes. That was at 5:35. 6:20 I called again to see where my order was. A guy answered the phone and angrily said Ms we are busy. We’ll get to you with your order and hung up. I called back at 6:45 and said listen, I’m a diabetic and need to eat in order to take my medication. You guys got my money, now you gonna brush me off with you’re busy. I need to speak with a manager. He said well, the manager is busy and can’t come to the phone. I told him, you either put him on the phone or give me my money back including the tip and delivery charge. He repeated you’ll get my sandwich soon as we can get it to you.

At 7:20 the girl called me back. She was agitated and said I’m sending your sandwich but just make sure, that when you place your order, you do it right. I tried to tell her again that I did. She just heard what she wanted to hear but she had hung up. Well, my order came at 8:10. I had already eaten some frosted flakes so that I could take my meds. I gave the chicken cheese steak to the guy grab mine and closed my door.

Bottom line is I have been a loyal and faithful customer to this restaurant for more than 40 years. They just lost a valuable customer.
