Came in with a group of four to celebrate my birthday and had a great experience thanks to our server, Matt. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, checking in with us after each course to make sure everything was going well. When our entrées arrived, Matt stopped by again to ask how we were enjoying the food. One of my friends hesitated when asked about her truffle pasta, and Matt immediately picked up on it. We came back in January and the food was great - this time it was just alright. The truffle tagliatelle was a bit watery and lacked flavor. Drinks and bread were good. Overall, I’d try them once more. Maybe it was a fluke.
We have been coming to this restaurant for years—it’s one of our favorites in Philly. I always get the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, and it has always been perfect. However, yesterday, it was so spicy that it was unbearable. I’m not sure what changed, but could you please bring back the old recipe? :(
