This cafe charges 30% more for non-dairy substitutes in coffee. Absolute greed.
Customer service was ehhh didn't look too excited. The breakfast sandwich almost 10 bucks where was the egg at little piece of sausage and one slice of cheap cheese. Please don't make the mistake I did. Go somewhere else. I had to wash down that nasty taste with a slice of pizza around the corner at Paulie Gee for half the price.

This place is a necessary addition to South Broad. The coffee is fabulous. There are comfy chairs, and the baristas are wonderfully sweet. The hours are very accessible also. 7-7 catches the morning rush as well as the evening drop in crowd. Love this cafe :)

This is a hidden gem in *broad*daylight at the Miriam theatre. It’s quiet, chill, large with lots of seats. Great staff and tasty menu. People watching from the front window is fun too.

If possible, I'd leave a separate review for dining in versus takeout. This is a great atmosphere for getting some work done. I love the seating against the window for the people watching and for the opportunity to alternate between sitting in a bar-height chair and standing while working on my laptop. This is NOT a place you can pop in and grab a quick coffee/breakfast on your way to work. I have missed many buses while watching the staff take and prepare orders with no sense of urgency whatsoever. Even if you order ahead on the Ritual app, it can take 15-20 minutes for an iced coffee to be ready. Do not expect to be able to get your order quickly, regardless of how few people are in the establishment or in line ahead of you.The food is decent but a bit overpriced for a coffee shop. Closer to what I'd expect to pay at a brunch restaurant with table service and a full bar (I think there is a full bar, actually, but only when there is a performance in the theater).Loyalty card promises any small handcrafted beverage for free after ten visits but staff would not allow me to select a smoothie.

Probably the worst latte I've ever had. Usually with whole milk you don't have to add sugar. This coffee was so burnt and bitter that two packets of sugar didn't fix it.The guy who made it was nice and it seemed like a fine place to have a cup of coffee or do some work, but awful coffee this experience.
