I live in nyc AND IM SORRY THAT I DO BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE THESE PHILLY water ICES HERE. idk about the food here but their philly ices are OUT OF THESE WORLD. RAINBOW FLAVOR, COTTON CANDY, KIWI, I DREAM ABOUT THIS PLACE. VERY CHEAP PRICES TOO.
I come here for the water ice. $1.25 in 2025, I don't know how it is possible. And it is GOOD. I can't comment on the food. Yes it is a hole in the wall place, but that is fine with me.
