While the atmosphere of the place is quite nice, the food is rather subpar. I came during a busy day at lunchtime and every food item in my food bowl was cold.

The most underrated place in University City. On top of the amazing coffee and food, Jimmy and his staff are excellent. Warm, personable and great service. Don’t skip out on GFG - especially their catering!

The food was not good. I ordered meatballs, spicy feta, lamb gyro, chicken gyro, turkey club sandwich, and pita (which was the only thing that was completely eaten). The sandwhiches and gyros were dry. The sauce was minimal and so was the mayo. The chicken flavor wasn't bad, but the texture was odd. The lamb was not flavorful. The meatballs and sauce were not tasty, it was a different flavor that has potential but they were cold and hard.
I will not order again, although the pastries looked great.

I came in at the end of a run and had a tough time choosing- everything looked super fresh and delicious. It’s rare to find homestyle, healthy food, and Greek!

I had a bowl with chicken, potatoes, veg, whipped feta, and took a pastry and frappe to go.

The people were super nice, and indoor and outdoor dining space bright and clean.

I will 100% be back!

I wouldn’t consider this authentic Greek food, more like the Qdoba or Chipotle of Greek food. It was ok and fast, expensive for what it was. It’s a fine place to stop for a quick lunch, but the food and the pastries are just ok.
