Only my second time eating Guatemalan food, I'm impressed with this place though. Place is cozy and the food taste Great!!!, I love the way they season their food. A lot of times you go to these latin American food joints, and the food is bland and really no flavor. It's because they try to cater to our American taste, rest assured bro...they don't cook that way at home. So it's great when you go to a place like this, and the food is REALLY Authentic ?.

The truth is that the food is very delicious, with flavors that make us travel to our beautiful Guate, but the customer service is terrible from a waitress (the colocha) who is despotic and arrogant and does not even have the most basic manners... It should be noted that we traveled almost an hour to be attended to in this way.

I called to order food at this restaurants and they would send me the food without a spoon and napkins and the tables wouldn't even be there Greetings lack of professionalism

The truth is, the food tastes very good and is very well priced… my only problem was the customer service. The lady who was working kept looking at me and my partner in a not very friendly way and her way of responding/serving us was not very friendly.
Making the client feel good is very important.
