The 2nd time I went and it never disappoints. Food is amazing and the drinks are delicious. The service is quick and every time we did a plate they were taken away giving us more room on table for other stuff. Never had to ask for anything due to it felt they kept watch and just came as we needed. Would recommend to anyone and I will be going for my birthday.
We ordered across the entire menu and everything we got was delicious. We loved that everything cooked quick and the service was very quick as well!
We enjoyed our dinner at Gyu-Kaku. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday with other family members. We were greeted warmly, and got seated right away. Our server, Alexis, was attentive and patient. She was very helpful in assisting us to choose which dinner to order. The portions are generous, and it was easy to cook our proteins. The dishes were brought out in a manageable manner, and empty dishes were promptly cleared. The miso soup needed a bit more miso, but the salad was fresh and not overpowered by the dressing.
It was delicious! I'd recommend it two times over. There was plenty of food even though we got the value course
I had a reservation and was able to be seated on time. Our server was amazing and explained everything in detail with the meats and the amount of time to cook them. Every cut of beef was marinated to perfection and seasoned well, My son and I ate and took some food home. I recommend this restaurant and I will be back again.
The food was great.

This is a very solid Asian BBQ place, they have AYCE most of the time with fair price tiers and there's no chance you're leaving before you're stuffed.

We ordered an avocado salad and tofu. The salad came with only a few slices of avocado and was 95% made up of extremely bitter greens that were hard to eat. We ate the avocado and some of the greens, and then the staff insisted we pay $16 for the full salad, even though it was barely touched. It was completely unreasonable and impossible to reason with them. We did eat all the meat we ordered, though the taste was just average. The size of the salad was never explained, and we had no idea it would be such a huge bowl. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We won’t be coming back.

Linda the manager is extremely racist. 3rd run in with her. Awful service. Decent food but not worth the service that Linda who is a manger offers. Seriously awful.
When here on a group date. It was great time, food was good, service was efficient and the atmosphere was nice.

We did all you can eat and the service was quick and great. Nice waiters. Atmosphere can be better though as it was really hot inside the restaurant especially the last room where there's actually no AC, so they kindly seated us somewhere else. They should have a better AC system esp with all the grills plus kitchen in the restaurant. Meat qualities were pretty good (marinated ones were bit too sweet for my liking) but we got the boba ice cream mochi dessert, and the texture was really abnormal/dry/crumbly that a mochi should not be. Tbh I'm pretty sure that mochi ice cream was around 5 years old judging by the texture and how the mochi just fell apart after taking a bite. I know it's a meat restaurant so who cares about the dessert but we were really turned off by it at the end of our meal.
