Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken & Wings

I place my order online through the store. They offer various levels of heat, from no heat to whatever the highest level is but at one point you have to sign a waiver. I went with no heat. I got the chicken and waffles, the chicken was surprisingly tender, with a very good taste. They offered a sauce I don't know what it was but it was very good, with a spicy twang to it. The combination of the chicken seasoning and the sauce, the waffle with its special taste without the syrup, and the syrup made this meal a double thumbs up. I couldn't wait to get home to start eating it and by the time I was halfway, I had to double park. It was so good I had to put both hands into it.

Its my second time here because of the service.

George was really helpful in understanding the spice levels and flavours.

Just ordered Uber Eats. Wings and chicken bites are alright by the time they got to me. The sando is very much just the chicken some coleslaw and sauce. The chicken can use a dip and some ooofm in sauce to make it good but I guess it’s good… should probably go harder on the sauce ( don’t hate me). It’s a big piece of chicken but yeah you got that going but it’s just a big piece of chicken, 10/10 approved if ur drunk. Would not order sober

Used to love this spot until I found A LARGE ROACH on the INSIDE of my soda dispensed from their soda machine...would avoid this location for a while

Super spicy - I nearly couldn’t finish it! 😂 The veggies were a bit too much for me, but overall not bad.

Very clean. Fast turn around. I got the wings combo. Crispy fully cooked not dry ans the waffle fries are well seasoned not soggy.

Most items are freshly made which comes with a wait in the relatively large dining space of tall chairs at a wrap around counter. Kiosks for easy, contact free ordering in store and online. The food is very good but not unique to the area.
