Harper’s Ice Cream is wonderful!
I was unsure about what flavor I wanted to order. The lady who was there during my visit was very pleasant and helpful. She let me try a few samples. To my surprise all the flavors were good! Pictured is the Toffee Caramel Swirl.
I can't wait to go back and explore even more of their ice cream flavors.
Don't sleep on this place. I recommend going to try Harper’s Ice Cream!

Their ice cream was delicious! They have many different special flavors. The lady offers samples for me to try before deciding on which one I want to order. She is definitely professional and friendly.
I ended up getting the English Breakfast, which was delicious! My husband has the Stoop scoop. My kid and her friend got Chocolate and Cookie & cream. We were all satisfy with our ice cream.
Btw, their 1 scoop is a really big scoop! Maybe should have gone with the kids scoop instead.

Let me tell you, Harper's Ice Cream is the cherry on top of Philly's amazing food scene! I walked in and immediately felt welcome, thanks to the super friendly staff. There's this one employee, Mars, who just radiates sunshine – she helped me pick the perfect flavor out of their awesome creative selection (seriously, sourdough pretzel ice cream with cake chunks and fudge swirl?!). You can really taste the freshness in every scoop, and everything from the ice cream base to the mix-ins is homemade. It's like a party in your mouth, and the best part is knowing they use local ingredients. This place is a true gem, and I can't wait to go back and try more flavors!

Harper's is hands down my favorite ice cream shop in Philly. Not only do they serve the most delicious ice cream in town, but their service, led by Mars, is simply exceptional. Every visit to Harper's is a treat, both for my taste buds and for the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the staff. Whether it's indulging in classic flavors or trying their unique creations, Harper's never fails to impress. If you're in Philly and craving the best ice cream experience, look no further than Harper's.
You need to support this establishment that serves locally sourced ice cream. It's convenient to the Philly zoo, and I've stopped there after my last two zoo visits with granddaughter. Even a 4 year old couldn't say enough good things about her strawberry ice cream. They have inventive flavor combination along with old reliables and sugar free flavors as well. I couldn't decide so I got a pint with three different flavors to take home. It will be my version of a kitchen sink.

We have been here several times with the kids/grand child. Absolutely LOVE this place. Super creative flavors and exceptional service. The Movie Night flavor was amazing and the servings are large and very reasonably priced. This is a must try if you in the area. We WILL be back!!
