Having to enjoyed places like Yank Sing in San Francisco, Din Tai Fung in Los Angeles, Lunasia in Pasadena, Boston Seafood in San Gabriel, and many more, this place is among the top and the best value.
Pork Soup Dumplings at $6 and Crystal Shrimp Dumplings at $7.50 is a crazy deal for such quality and taste.
We paid $165 per person ($500 total) on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for a set menu which provided 8 dishes. Vs. Heng Feng paid only $46 for two people enjoying five dishes. I must say, I had a 10x better experience at Heng Feng than 10x more pricier fancy place.
Even the owner was so nice and cool.
Will come back again for sure.

I've been coming here for the past 6+ years. They have THE BEST MONGOLIAN BEEF! It's always the same gentleman who takes my order, I believe he is an owner! Very down to earth and welcoming!
Highly recommend it!

Great food! A step above the run-of-the-mill American style Chinese spots

One of the most authentic and delicious Chinese food spots I have been to in a while. Very traditional dishes that are affordable and done to perfection. None of that fusion stuff. Staff is friendly and service is great - even through late hours of the night. This place does not get enough recognition!

I ordered two general tso chicken last night and it was below average. Not worth the money.
Heng Feng is an amazing local spot! The staff are super friendly and always helpful. I love their dim sum and small plates but their entrees are also delicious! I def recommend the Dan Dan (pork) crispy tofu, crystal shrimp dumplings , grandmother dumplings, and Ho Fun noodles. So good, forgot to take pics

Just had a great meal at this new restaurant off of Rittenhouse Square. It has an updated Chinese menu with traditional favorites and some contemporary dishes. The owner, Stephen, is a veteran of running Asian cuisine establishments in Philadelphia. This new restaurant, open just two weeks, is off to a good start.
