Herb Scott's Catering offers a delightful dining experience. They catered an event for an organization, providing a gorgeous arrangement of delicious food at an excellent price. The ordering process was seamless, and they accommodated special requests, such as eliminating butter in the vegetables. The Christmas menu featured a variety of main dishes, including roasted pork pancetta, brioche crusted salmon, and shrimp scampi, as well as sides like brussels sprouts/broccoli, mushroom risotto, and green beans. All the items were perfectly prepared, with flavorful but not overly salty food and excellent quality. Customers have been extremely impressed and plan to use Herb Scott's Catering for future events, including Thanksgiving.
