One of my favorite go to spots when I worked in Chestnut Hill a very long time ago! The vibe has not changed a decade later! It was great to come in with my highly energetic son, enjoy the great vibes and coffee! Times have changed but they haven't! I had different drink experiences on different days and they were accommodating every time. Thanks for being so welcoming, and inviting! Young messy ppl take PATIENCE

I love High Point! Iced lavender latte and the mushroom savory danish are my go tos…but there really are no wrong choices here!

First review I’ve ever written so you know it has to be good! Yesterday I stopped in and didn’t know what I wanted so I asked the barista for her favorite drink and they gave me the best latte I’ve ever had. Haven’t been able to stop thinking about the orange zest and vanilla combo and am very tempted to make the drive back just to get another one 1000/10!

Some of the best coffee I've had in Philly so far. The baked goods are also really nice.

Went on a Sunday. Super crowded until 12:45 or so.

Thought this to be a regular coffee shop vibe, but then saw folks being served their orders. Which is nice, but the staff to wipe off tables, etc. never happened (I was there for a little over an hour).

What I did see was staff eating the bits of bakery treats left from consolidating the inventory, and NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS AFTERWARDS.

The place was sticky and smelled like stagnant water, even through the smell of coffee and crepes.

It took over 30 minutes before my kid got his crepe. It was good but not for the price charged.

The orange juice cup that was at our table before we sat down was still there when we were leaving -- so I took it to the back with my plate, where we dumped it in an exposed bin of dirty dishes and silverware (which immediately brought back memories of dumping your plates in the big bin that sat at your college cafeteria's exit door).

I only came to this place to meet up with someone to talk about schools for my kid.

I definitely won't be going again -- it was just too sticky and moist for me; and it wasn't a rainy or humid day!

Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely can't come in here with a wheelchair. You'll have to sit out in the cold.

The coffee & tasty pastries, crepes, and ginger drinks are amazing while sitting here watching the trains. Did I forget to mention the hot chocolate is a banger too! Yum.

I understand and accept the service dog only rule.
I held my 4 month 4lb. Puppy in my arms to order and intended to sit outside. Her 4 little paws never touched the floor.
I started to order a drink and the rude stone faced young woman rudely interrupted and said is that a service dog, i said no , she said to remove the dog. I can’t order a drink, I said, she said there’s a sign on the door. Time: 10:00am 0ct9th.
She made no overtures to me for an alternative suggestion. She just gave me a stone face stare.
High Points lost a customer for life. I just moved in the area with my husband and we will never go back to High Points. It’s ridiculously expensive too.

Very rude employee that I dealt with today. I work across the street at the school and you know go in there quite often, but never you know did I deal with a rude employee like this one today. I will go out of my way to drive to Altima coffee where they actually treat you with respect. All I did was ask them not to put my breakfast back in the toaster and I got a very rude answer and when my food was done she took it and just dropped it on the counter and so like here you go but she dropped it. Would never patronize this establishment again.
