I’m so glad I stumbled upon this restaurant. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with fantastic customer service, which confirmed I made the right lunch choice. I got the Chesapeake Crab Stir-fry Bowl and it was DE-LI-CIOUS! I highly recommend all because of Emerald. Thank you! 🩷
Omar one of the head workers/ cashiers is totally awesome!! I had a small issue regarding my noodles being undercooked and he made sure to fix the problem right away. He did not complain but offered an apology and was really nice. I'll make sure to come back to this location since it's my favorite one anyway. I bypass the University City location, the Lancaster Ave location and tge Bala Cwynd location even though they are all closer to my address to go to my favorite...
Okay I have to say, I eat here at least 4 times a week and the service is EXCEPTIONAL. I order ahead on my work break and the staff always greets me with a smile and they always have my order ready. Sometimes it’s the only thing that makes me smile during a stressful day at work. So I appreciate everyone there so much.
