I love the food the best, but the portion of the fries is killing me, this time I even asked for extra fries and I’ll pay extra if I have to that’s wat I told them but this is crazy can’t believe they sending out platters like this smh

They have the longest wait time in the city. They dont make your order until you get there, even if you order ahead. Have waited 40+ minutes multiole times. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Nice people but confused by the ordering process. Wont be back

If you’re really drunk or stoned this is the best place to go. You have to be in a specific state of mind to unlock it. Only then will you understand

Basic burger place. Decent food. Some, but minimal, seating. People do mostly takeout so usually a place to sit for up to two people. Can't see the work area or employees much, it's got a high divider so it feels isolated if your into that. Nothing fancy if you're hankering a burger, but it's not bad.

Only giving a 2 and not a 1 because I haven’t tried the burgers. But definitely not coming back regardless. Chicken was dry as hell, the fries were also dry somehow, the sandwich was mid (it’s just tenders in bread, barely any slaw on it), sauce cup was only half full. Waited over half an hour to get my food even though nobody was even in there. Realized they didn’t even ask me what spice level I wanted when I ordered so they gave me plain. Should’ve read the reviews, this ain’t a chicken place.

I try to visit this place every time I visit Philly as their food is usually terrific. Most recently however a simple order of loaded fries that I was told an estimate of about 15 minutes took well over 40 minutes to prepare. The only cook seemingly present apparently took a break while multiple customers waited patiently for their orders to be prepared. Upon pickup I requested hot sauce and was denied as I was told that they did not have any at the moment which is odd as it is sort of one of their major selling points. The food that I did receive was prepared perfectly however, albeit a disappointing overall experience.

I live a block away from this joint. The first few times we ordered from here, the food was delicious. But the last few times have been disappointing. The burger and fries were cold and didn’t have the same taste it once did. I’ve gone from recommending this place to friends and family to not likely visiting for a while. I hope they turn things around soon.
