We've Ordered From Idk Many Times We Loved The Burgers And Fries...The 4 Chix Platters "WERE" Absolutely Awesome Until Last Week's Order Arrived And It Was Like They Ran Outta The Normal Size Chicken Tenders And Gave Me Some Chicken Bites...WAAAAAY Smaller And Not Fried As Well As Usual...And I LOVED Those Large, Fresh, Cooked To Perfection Chix's!!! A Little Bit Leary To Order Them Again For The Price And Lack Of Product The Last Time! Please Everything Is ALWAYS On Point With The Food...Bring Back The Regular Size Chix.. Please??

First of all, the price was way too expensive and it took way too long for one sandwich. The guy that took my order with the glasses gave me an attitude when I try to give him the money. My money was wrinkled and I didn’t put it in his hands therefore he gave me an attitude. It wasn’t busy and took over 15 minutes for a sandwich, the food was hella mid for 13$.

I live right down the street from here. I tried a smash burger for the first time on Saturday night. First, I have to say the burger was so delicious.I was pumped to have a late night spot in the neighborhood. However, I woke up sick in the middle of the night with bad diarrhea and just brushed it off as it didn't agree with me. No biggie. (This is VERY abnormal for me.I can eat anything)

Flash forward to last night (Monday) I told my boyfriend how good the burgers were and we should go get them, so we ordered pickup. Within a few hours I was violently ill. Throwing up and shitting my guts up all night. Full blown food poisoning. Laid out today. He got sick from it as well!!! We know its from the burgers. It's the only thing we both ate and it was like clock work. No, it wasn't a virus either.

I'm in the service industry, so I know there could be cross contamination, sauces or meat not stored at the proper temperature,etc.Either way this wasn't a conciedence. I also don't like the huge wall that hides the cooking area so you can't see how the food is being prepared. Won't go back.

Waited 15mins at the counter and no one was able to take my order. One guy behind the counter struggling with stapling bags. Really wanted to support but that was ridiculous customer service. Always prioritize walk ins. If you want an online only establishment, make that clear.
The kiosk was out of service as well. At least put someone at the register whom is fully capable of handling things.

I was really excited to try this place. I went in at 8-15 at around 6:04, place was slow. They didn’t have any menus available which is fine and had a sign that said to google idk Philly. I was having trouble pulling up the menu and was only getting a “order on line” screen. I kindly asked the young man behind the counter who was on his phone at the time and I asked if he could help me out. He said “I dont know”. I said “really” and he shrugged his shoulder at me. I said “Don’t worry I’ll go accross the street to Hangry Joes. There are fried chicken sandwiche shops popping up all over the city no need to try this one with that costumer service. I have never written a google review before, Hangry joes was delicious and worth the walk across street.
