This is the first begative review i have ever posted. I usually don't i just quietly not go to a place of business if im dissatisfied. But been here 3 times as it's fairly close trying to give it a chance. Worse service I've ever had. Kept thinking I had gone in on an off day, but nope. Just rude servers. First time I was pretty much ignored while everyone around me was served, Second time I was skipped a table for 15 minutes while people who came after me were seated and then given an attitude when I politely asked about being seated, third time I was refused to even be seated because I had an e-scooter with me (even though i had it with me the previous two occasions) and was told i was lying about having been seated the previous 2 times with it. I tip well, am not demanding or rude. I eat pay, tip, go. So even though I live 3 minutes from this location I will not be visiting it ever again. I work in retail management. I get it. But you need new staff. It doesn't take much to be pleasant but apparently it does to them. Food was basic fare. Not horrible not great.

In here at4:53 pm been sitting for 15 mins no one came and took our order yet . They have two people working. I see people asking for silverware that been sitting for 5 mins with their food in front of them. They need to hire more people …. Very slow service !! This place should close down or hire more people

It was too hot in the building. The pancakes were nasty as hell and the hash brown had no flavor. The only thing I could eat was two cheese eggs, two sausages, two pieces of bacon and 2 very small pieces of ham. The kitchen is right there and my food was not hot. No I wouldn't recommend this place.

Kid-friendliness: During my visit there was young children their with their parents and the waiter staff was very attentive to the young child, confirming that they enjoyed their meal as well as the music for which the child was singing a few cute tunes when his food came out. I really thought that was nice to not only check with the parents but the entire dining party.Wheelchair accessibility: This establishment is very welcoming to the disability customers. Only issue is the distance to the bathroom for them which is further than regular bathrooms.

Take super long for food to get to your table, it’s not clean in there. The bathrooms are super dirty. Syrup containers empty, surrounded areas around the tables were dirty. One thing i really liked was the music getting played. Good soul and good vibe sounds.
