Fantastic cookies, a great quick stop for a dessert. Shouting out the guy working by himself last night, he was doing a fantastic job taking orders and balancing baking cookies. We ended up waiting for a snickerdoodle which tasted amazing coming out of the oven fresh. The double chocolate chunk I think has become my favorite, I could house down like 20 of them.

Horrible. Walked in while the cashier was having a conversation with the delivery driver, waited for him to acknowledge me but gave me a blank stare when he was finished talking. I asked if he was ready and he said I could’ve been started talking, like huh? I asked if he was okay and he said it was because he was getting off in 5 mins. I didn’t catch his name, but tall dark skin guy with facial hair Downtown is not what it used to be. Never ordered because of course the cookie I wanted wasn’t ready.

Ordered cookies for delivery like I always do. Cookies were hard and not warm at all. I couldn’t eat any of them because they were so bad. Just got half of my order and had to call twice to get a refund. Will not be ordering from here ever again. Cookies are expensive enought for me to get some that I didn’t even eat.
Staff was friendly and were quick with a rush of customers. My cookie and ice cream hit the spot for sure.

As a long-time Insomnia Cookies fan, I couldn't resist stopping by another location while I was in Philly. Any time you see an Insomnia Cookies, you just have to stop!
This visit was just as delightful as ever. Their warm, late-night cookies are the perfect treat after a long day. I especially appreciate their commitment to offering vegan options, which they've had for years now. It's fantastic to see that the vegan menu has continued to expand and improve. This time, I went with the classic chocolate chip, and it was as delicious as always.
Insomnia Cookies never fails to deliver both in terms of quality and customer service. It's always a pleasure to stop by and indulge in their amazing cookies, no matter which location I'm at.
