Upon arrival we were instantly greeted by the manager Izzy with a big bright smile customer service was outstanding and the location is even better! She gave great recommendations on the menu. I ended up ordering the M&M cookies! 10/10.
Huge fan of this location. I travel to meet clients for my work; my time between appointments is more short than I like. Manager Izzy gets it!! It's not an easy location to work but she still makes me laugh when I come in for my ice cream. When I see her, I know my order is gonna be right. I don't say much when I'm there so I might be easy to miss as a repeat customer; Izzy still gets it right

I stopped by for a cheat day treat and got my favorite, chocolate chunk for me salted caramel for him. Izzy helped us out and was super nice. Love the location since it's close to home and has late hours. See ya soon!

Izzy and her team consistently ensure I get my cookies as soon as possible after I order, and I have no complaints about the service. I like to order the cookie a la mode, and I feel like the scoop of chocolate ice cream on top of the chocolate chunk cookie is a good amount. I never will hesitate to stop by this location to grab my favorite dessert combo.

The manger that came out Izzy! Was very rude and nasty to us! After I spend $60 with you guys! I’ll never step foot in that place AGAIN!! The other young lady with the tattoo on her face that says 777 she was very nice and polite.. That was my husband 1st time visiting there.. Because I talked so highly of the cookie place.. Very disappointing I must say.. The manger came out and said are you done? Can you step aside so I can serve the next guest.. The young lady that was serving me wasn’t even done scooping our icecream.. I don’t recommend this insomnia cookie location… Never been treated like this everrrr!! They didn’t even give us any napkins or anything.. Horrible customer service from the manager
