Ordered online . I ordered two scoops of cookies and cream ice cream and a deluxe cookie . I also got a 6 pack . Someone calls me 5 mins after I place the order to tell me that they don’t have cookies and cream so I asked for vanilla which was fine . Why the delivery guy show up with only the 6 pack . I have not been happy my last 2 times ordering for you guys . I won’t be placing an order ever again all this happen between 9:50pm-11:14pm

Very bad customer experience. Insomnia needs to train the staff here. There’s a woman who works here and she would yell on top of her voice. She doesn’t seem interested or passionate about her work. Not even sure why she’s still serving people. I am someone who believes in good vibes and I don’t get that when this woman serves.

Sucks they said they were closed even though it's not even 11 pm on a Saturday Normally pretty decent esp if you are just craving sum small and quick but they sometimes run out of stuff.

Came here on 8/12 and received some of the worst customer service ever. When I walked into the store there was no one at the counter then about 30 secs later a woman came around the corner yelling at someone on her cellphone. She stopped for 5 seconds to ask us “how can i help you?” then went right back to yelling on her phone. It’s as if we were interrupting her personal phone call. The reason for my visit was to redeem points and when I let her know I wanted to redeem my points she made a fuss about how I wasn’t able to & I had to make a purchase on top of redeeming my points. That sounded odd to me because 1.that defeats the purpose of the points 2. I’ve never heard of a rewards program working like that. So I told her I would just place my order online and redeem my points that way. Her response to that was walking away and hiding in the back despite my order immediately going through. Waited about 3 more minutes before having to say “excuse me” and still waited another 2 for her to come back out front with my order slip in her hand. I don’t usually have a problem with this location but this particular employee will drive people away with such a bad attitude and demeanor. I’m hoping that we just caught her on a bad day

None of the hours posted are actually accurate. None of the hours posted on the store are either. They are suppoesed to close at 1am on Wednesday, yet, closed at 12:30am. They closed Friday-Saturday before 1am instead of 3am. I mean... that saves me from wasting money here anyway on overpriced cookies, I guess. A win-win.

Got ice cream,,it was soft as hell, obviously very high temperature in cooler ..soft n mushy $7 for a small ..call me crazy but I like real cold ice cream,,also they put old ice cream on top of a new container,,many do this,but not a good look and doesn't look very appealing. This ice cream would melt in no time in the heat ..had cookies at other locations..good nothing remarkable. Maybe the classic more expensive cookies are all that ?
