Friendly service. Had basic breakfast.
I came to the restaurant after finding the terminal water fountain was closed. I asked if my water bottle could be filled. The man behind the counter grabbed it from me and muttered he shouldn’t be filling bottles. I promptly purchased an item to smooth things over, only irritating him more. 0/10. Would never step into this establishment again. I would have been okay going to another place for water. He went out of his way to be rude.
Food is decent. 98% of the menu items come with fries and then if you want to substitute fries for the 4 sandwiches that dont come with fries, it’s $4.50. The drinks are $5 and come in bottles, so no refills. The restaurant was very slow and yet it took 25 minutes for a server to take our order and another hour for our 3 sandwich’s to come out, which were cold and incorrect. Go somewhere else.
It's a decent atmosphere for an airport spot. I had breakfast here (The big breakfast with turkey bacon) and it really hit the spot. Server Frank made great mimosas!
$26 titos and OJ, but hey I'm going to MEXICO
Jack Duggans had solid food, but the experience got odd when a waitress came to fetch us at our gate after we said we'd return in 30 minutes for lunch. Felt intrusive and a bit off-putting, even though the service was otherwise friendly.
Great place to grab a bite before your flight at Philadelphia International

The person who took my order and brought my food was wonderful. My omelette was terrible. I suspect it was prepared in the microwave. My plate, silverware, and cups were all throw away, which is disappointing.. as I'm writing this I'm guessing people will say that my expectations are too high. Maybe they are. At least the next personal know what to expect, I probably will go to Bud and Marilyn's next time

Dropped in for lunch ahead of our flight to. Nice open & airy restaurant. We were served by a red haired waitress, quite fitting for an irish themed bar-restaurant. Good service and the Phillie Cheese Steak sandwich was the best food I've ever eaten in an airport. Highly recommend!

Food was good, service was good - But three big screens with Fox News in my face, with all the miss information caused me to become nauseous - When transiting PHL will no longer stop here

It’s an airport restaurant, so you have to limit your expectations, but this is still one of the less impressive airport eateries I’ve been to in the past several years.
Save your money and instead go to Independence Prime. Prime is a bit more pricey (but not too much) and the quality of the food is way better.

Great place in Terminal A to start your vacation/ holiday. Fast, courteous service and good food considering they are in an airport. Had the chicken sandwich and a Yards IPA. Awesome! I believe the keeper's name is Frank. Awesome keeper! Didn't let my pint go empty before he asked if I wanted another. A very organized and highly functional group that work there. My hoto place every time I travel overseas. Cheers!
