Waitress horrible. We went for all you can eat snow crab. Consider going if you don't mind waiting and want new plate of snow crabs on hour. Kinda defeats ayce. Want water? Have to go to bar. Waitress Mia
Burger was overcooked and raw. Service was super slow because of kitchens. They forgot the chicken on the nachos.
Yesterday had the Valentine's Day dinner special of Prime ribs. Prime ribs came out lukewarm not hot. Salad was a side salad with some kind of spicy sauce. Otherwise good deal and glad they have prime rib.
I went for the all you can eat crabs. My waitress was horrific. We could barely get a refill on her so that, they’d actually deliver you two clusters of crab legs at a time and we had to wait quite a long time to even get our first order and we did ask for a third order that never came. To top it off a 15% gratuity was at it so she already knew she was getting a pretty decent tip so there was really no reason for her to actually work

Ok so I was worried about getting dinner here after seeing the bad reviews, but my friends and I were looking for a quick bite before a show at the Fillmore and figured we’d give it a shot. So glad we did!
We sat outside and it was STUNNING. Absolutely beautiful views of the river and the Ben Franklin. Our server was very nice, though they did forget some of our food. (Quickly rectified when we brought it to their attention.) The food itself was surprisingly good. Nothing revolutionary, but solid bar food. Chili was actually great! Will likely come back if we see another show at the Fillmore since it’s so conveniently located. Also appreciate the free parking at the casino!

Bartenders were pleasant and entertaining. Quesadilla, onions rings, and drinks were delicious. Definitely recommend.

We came around happy hour, but didn’t order anything that was on the list of drinks. Instead Bobby, offered to make us a hennyrita. It was so good. My sister thought it was too sweet, but I loved it. We ordered onion rings and chicken quesadillas. They were so delicious. Both items seasoned to perfection. Bobby and the staff were very nice and very engaging. He would definitely be the reason I return, oh and for the food too.

This was my second time at Jake’s Bar + Grill, the first time at this establishment was pretty cool came for like happy hour and the food was pretty decent at that time. I was a bit skeptical on coming here again due to the bad reviews on Google but decided to give it a try again so I came in with my friend for an Eagles game, they had all you can eat tailgate buffet and their menu was limited. Me and my friend we didn’t care too much for the buffet so we decided to order something from the limited menu instead, after placing our order our food took extremely long to come out and our server didn’t even take the initiative to up date us nor asks if we liked a refill on are drinks. When the food did arrive that’s when our server asks if we liked it a refill, the burger that I ordered was horrible it was literally cold not even lukewarm like if it was sitting around, the side of fries that came with it was a hot mess. There were literally three different types of fries, curly, waffle and crinkles fries all piled up. Not a very good presentation you can tell that whoever was working that kitchen did not care what the food looked like, and our server did a very poor job on accommodating us throughout this horrible dining experience she didn’t even asks us how was the food just quick to bring the check. This place is definitely being poorly manage and I hope that someone from this company can step in to make the right changes, because most likely I will not be returning, and I will not be recommending this place to any of my friends or family.

No one came to our table for 15-20 minutes even though two servers were out on the floor. There was also a buffet which you would think would free up the servers time, and the restaurant was not busy. We had to speak to the hostess to get a server to come to our table and over 30 minutes after sitting down we still didn't have our drinks or even a water. We had to get up from the table to ask for our drinks again, which was additionally frustrating because we brought my elderly grandmother. The floor manager served us our food which was pretty decent. We got burgers and a chicken sandwich. We had to flag down our server for our check after waiting an extended period of time for that as well. Food was pretty good but service was horrible

I didn't keep my reservation. I tried canceling my reservation multiple times by calling 215 717 3750 as instructed. No one ANSWERED THE PHONE. THIS RESTAURANT TOOK MY CREDIT CARD INFO WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION INDICATING THERE WOULD BE A CHARGE TO MY CARD IF I DIDN'T CANCEL. PLEASE TELL ME HOW YOU CANCEL WHEN NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!!!!
Omg waiting to be served for an hour and no waitress has come to take my order. Creating toxic costumers though I am trying to be patient with such horrible customer service. Today I was unable to taste the food to review, though previously I had a horrible Buffalo chicken dip that didn’t have any chicken, just cheesy and trashy. I also had salmon meal entree and ordered it with a couple of things and a side of fries and the fries were trash. Never order them.

Go to ANY place but here!!!! I took my mother for her 80th birthday today, Biggest mistake!!! The service is lousy, we waited 45min watching others just sit down and dine. I know why, because our order was sent to the wrong table Twice. Excuses left and right, the food (crabs) where so over cooked it was impossible to eat. This is my first and LAST!!!!!! NOT NEAR worth $50 per person, the price is fine, but the food and service SUCKED!!!!!!! Can't speak for the other restaurant, but you can best believe this place will not get another dime from me

A group of 4 of us went for their seafood buffet for our friends anniversary. I'm allergic to seafood but was going to order a steak. When we checked in, they had a sign out front stating that they were only offering the seafood buffet and no menu items. Nowhere on their website did it say that you could not order menu items. We even pulled their website up to show them. We asked if I could get food from another one of the casinos restaurants and bring it in so I could eat with our friends. They said ok so that was good. Nobody explained how the buffet worked (you could get most items at the buffet table, but they bring the crab legs to your table) Someone brought 1 plate of crab legs to our table. We were told they could get as many as they want, when ever they want. Finally a waitress came over to take our drink order. My husband had not arrived back from getting my food from the other restaurant yet, so our friends did not start eating yet. A waiter brought another plate of crab legs. When my husband arrived, they all started eating. Meanwhile, my friend did not get her soda. We had to ask 4 times before she finally got it. Finally my husband got his plate of crab legs. When they asked for more, it took 15 minutes to get them. When they needed more, our waitress was nowhere to be found. Finally, the other waiter got them for our table. When we needed another round of drinks, again our waitress was nowhere to be found. My friend went to the bar and got them. We were surprised when we got our check that the tip was added in! For a party of 3?? I could see if there were 6 of us. By the way, when we were there, it was not busy at all, so for our waitress, Yelitza, to provide such slow or non existent service was inexcusable. The funny thing is that I normally tip 25 to 30% cash. I'm guessing Yelitza knew how poorly she performed and though she might not get tipped so she added it on. By the way, we tipped the waiter since he helped more than our waitress.
