Food and service was perfect, really cool inside. Bartender/server was awesome. Catfish Po boy was amazing. Wish the menu was bigger, but everyone was blown away with what they had.
Im afraid to share a local secret. What a great place to gather. Shows its Philly roots. Its all Philly. It's the PERFECT neighborhood bar. You might meet your neighbors and actually enjoy the experience.
Closer to 3.5 stars. Strip steak n broccolini were good.
HOWEVER these people force a 20% tip even for just parties of 2. Ordered an appetizer, guess they forgot it completely. Wasnt gonna say anything because I did enjoy my steak, but demanding 20% with no other option is insane. Never going back unless they change up their menu as my partner did not enjoy her meal.
Take off the mandatory 20%, I’m not even sure you're allowed to do...
