The owner is actively involved, making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. The brunch staff was friendly but seemed unprepared for the 10 am brunch buffet and menu, which was unusual since arrivals are often after 11. The place could use some refreshment, and staff are still refining their skills, but their positive attitude makes up for it. The food was decent, with flavorful turkey wings and a variety of nice options on the buffet. The live jazz music was a highlight. Parking and access are good. Overall, Jacobs Northwest continues to improve, offering a better experience than the old Relish, with delicious food and a great atmosphere.
