I wanted to take my wife there for lunch and let me tell you I had faced multiple issue. Firstly, the parking on the street was horrendous, even it's paid but the meter pole are no where near, you have to walk a block down to see the meter pole. This place and any business on this block face the same issue. If you assume that all you need is to walk in, you will face a ticket from the PPE.

Our favorite Cantonese restaurant in the NE philly. We have been coming here for many years. The food and the services are always great. Very good portions and reasonable prices.

It's small, pretty crowded on the weekend. You have to find parking on the street if there are any. But their food, it full of flavor, fresh at times. I highly recommend their lobster and ginger, or their lobster with xo sauce. Either or is fine.
