Sad to see such change in food quality. Been going here for years. Last time was October 2024 and last nite was a radical difference from last October. We ordered similar dishes. One of us had the liver entree and the other had the short rib. The Demi glacé on the short rib was broth. My entree was like a bowl of soup with a pile of souffléd potatoes that must have been days old and warmed in a microwave. The plate was not appetizing. The liver, which was excellent in years past, did not look like liver at all and that too was in a bowl of broth with the apple mix in the middle. Server was friendly and attentive. Very disappointing.

Fantastic happy hour which we weren't expecting. Great choices, amazing value. Service was wonderful. Surprised to see such a light crowd for dinner, but it is July. Felt like a forgotten gem.

Great place for dinner and/or drinks in Manayunk. The carrot/corn creme ravioli was outstanding!

My husband and I have not been to Jake's in an extremely long time and it pains me to say that the food was absolutely terrible. The so called summer corn salad is mostly all avocado with a few corn kernels around the side. So expensive and so underwhelming and the avocado was a bit slimy yuck!!!! The octopus salad was ok until the chef felt the need to add fingerling potatoes that were definitely cooked yesterday or the day before so not fresh nor tasty. I ordered the margarita pizza which was cold when it came to the table and to be honest I've had better frozen pizza than this 18.00 disappointment. My husband had the salmon that came with pickled cucumbers the whole dish was under seasoned to the point of sadness. Our server was very nice he was the only bright spot to this whole dining experience. And lastly the large light shade above each table were dusty with a large array of DEAD BUGS, of course I saw this as we were getting the check. (Pictured below). Never ever will we dine here again

Poor menu selection with items not available. Waiter was lackluster. Restaurant was empty.

Food was delicious and service was great! Wanted a night out with my husband and it was perfect! Haven't been to Main Street Manayunk in a while but this trip was worth it!

We really like Jake's and Cooper's. Love the bar area. Server was great but could have used some help. The food is always good. We like meeting there on Fridays after work.

Manayunk is a great location to walk around and spend an afternoon with friends. This location adds to the ambience and nature of that part of Philly. The food at the restaurant was good. We had a pizza and a salad and a cheeseboard. All very tasty. The wine selection was quite limited. Especially wines that were in a flight. I would hope in a place that causes itself a wine bar that they would have more options in a flight.

Great food, great service and price points. Ambience was excellent. I'd rank it higher if the food menu was more elaborate. But I get it, it's best to master a few dishes, than to have a bunch of dishes and only a few are good! I'll definitely be back.

Juan was our server; lovely sense of humor, attentive, professional. Food came with time to enjoy each course. Wine & mixed drinks were both great. Would recommend and go again!

My husband and I used to frequent Jake's and coopers before kids and this was our first time returning in several years- was amazing for the kids- they loved their food and the dessert. My husband and I enjoyed our meals as well. Glad that not much has changed and it's still a great Manayunk spot!

Went to Jake's & Cooper's on valentine's day. The location is good, right on the main st. Food was amazing and so was the staff. Highly recommended.

Great location to host a birthday dinner. Everyone was lovely and accommodating and the food and drinks were great.

Food was extremely slow coming out Our appetizer (ginger meatballs) was cold, raw, and took forever. We had to ask about of food twice. Our waiter, when present was helpful; was not very attentive otherwise. Moral of the story seems to be that pizza is the better option as it seemed to flow from the kitchen.
