I just had a lovely 60th birthday celebration at Jansen, my favourite neighbourhood restaurant. The food was delicious, the cocktails superb, the staff attentive and friendly. The 5 course prix-fix to mark Jansen’s last month at this beautiful Mt. Airy Location reprised many of its hits over the years. I have so many wonderful memories of dinners with family and friends here over the years and I am so sad to lose this exceptional fine dining restaurant in NorthWest Philly....
Could not have been a more delightful meal! 3 kinds of oysters, lobster blt, black bass, filet mignon, craft cocktails, decadent desserts. Our server never missed a beat while we took our time savoring every course. 3.5 hours start to finish. Fantastic experience 😘👌
