Vegetarian perspectiveFirst, I was thrilled they had a vegetarian tasting menu.Some courses were good, some were flavorless or not exciting. I love exploring vegan food and was just hoping to really be blown away by creative vegetarian options here. While some were creative in presentation, I was really upset that the flavor and bigger creativity was lacking in some. Compared to other vegan places I've been. For this price and this name, I was expecting each dish to be memorable.The views were incredible and the service was probably the most memorable part. She was great! Plus all the small touches. Birthday dessert, to-go bag with a breakfast pastry, exchanging cocktails, etc.

Having been here before, Thought it would be a great place to celebrate with friends. Trying to make a reservation (8-10 guests) since March 10 for my April 13 birthday has been a disaster! Unsure how an otherwise wonderful place can screw this key piece up. Left 6 messages(no return call) Sent 3 emails (none answered). Made contact with one haughty rep who suggested I'd get a call back in 2-3 weeks (never came). Completely disappointed that a Four Seasons partner would have this type of customer service!

Absolutely stunning views and delicious drinks! The sunset was unbelievable. A must if you are visiting or local and wanna see philly in a whole new way. Crowded on a Saturday night but rightfully so. Had to wait in line downstairs before taking the elevator up for about 20 min. Definitely planning on coming back.

Wow, an unforgettable experience! We celebrated our anniversary at Jean George restaurant, and it was truly exceptional!! The food was exquisite, and the service was even better! Alessandro, the general manager, paid attention to every detail and made us feel like guests in a marvelous setting. Five stars also for the incomparable location, which offers extraordinary views unlike any other place. Thanks to Michael who took wonderful care of our table, always serving us with extreme courtesy and kindness. And at the cocktail bar, ask for Adrienne, she is the best and she crafted the most exquisite cocktails before, during, and after our dinner!! Truly spectacular service from the entire staff!! Highly recommend!

As a first time guest at this restaurant, it was all around memorable. The hospitality started as soon as we entered. The atmosphere was beautiful. We dined for a special birthday celebration. Our server Evengina was excellent and very knowledgeable. The staff serving the courses were also great, one to highlight would be Jonathon, his service was 5 star. Our table did the tasting menu and the portions were great but not overbearing. They did a great job timing between courses. It was an impeccable experience and I will definitely be joining again soon.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place! From beginning to end, 5 stars. They squeezed us in last minute which was so kind. The food was outrageously good. The service was warm and authentic. I’d recommend to anyone!
Jean-Paul was the best and with Sarah as a server, everything was so spot on with service. The food was the topper for everything and the last minute vegan accommodations meant everything to us! We will be back.

Excellent service and food. Very expensive and fancy so great for a special celebration. Incomparable views. Tasting menu is optional— we did a la cart since we wanted items not on the tasting menu (like fish but no meat).

This was the second time in 7 months we came to Jean George for a special occasion and were not disappointed. Both times we had the tasting menu and both times we were intrigued with the many delicious courses. We also included the wine pairing which brought to light many different wines, that we knew nothing about, if not for the sommelier's amazing choices. Each plate was beautifully presented, and every glass of wine was described. The meal was served over several hours but we never felt that the meal lagged. It was a luxurious experience that made us both have a feeling of being pampered. I would suggest Jean George to anyone who enjoys French cuisine. The food, service, and ambiance make this a destination restaurant for any type of celebration.

Upscale restaurant nestled on top level of the Four Seasons hotel. Booked a table 1 hour before sunset so we can enjoy both day views and night views. Both are incredible.Ambiance exudes luxury Beautiful decor. Stunning building.Service is impeccable. No rushing. So one can spend as long a time as desired. Food is exquisite. Some dishes more than others. Presentation as expected. Top notch. A different culinary experience. Portions on the small side as expected with high end restaurants, so be aware. Didn’t do the set menu but did look good. Might be more economical too. Only draw back is that I found atmosphere was lacking but expected with higher end venues.
