The service was slow where we had to wait for drinks for 15 minutes. Also one of our dishes wasn't cooked to our preference, which we had mentioned to our waiter when ordering. The service was not what we expected per the typical standards of 4 seasons, which should be a 5-star experience.
Good food, variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, awesome service, great experience, the view from the city is Amazing, try to go near the sunset so you can see the city during thé day and during the night
I was a bit disappointed that the decor was only flowers and will be that way until April. I come often, and when I came in December and January, it was the same. I was looking for a Valentine's Red or something. In addition, I reserved a table and, obviously, wanted one by the window. The manager tried to tell us that we have to reserve that table, but we've always sat at a table by the window with a reservation. She eventually accommodated us, but her initial excuse...
