First thing I noticed everytime I come is the customer service, I'm always greeted with respect and I feel like a customer who's appreciated before I even order my food. That tells me they want my business and I appreciated that. Second the food is amazing, I always get the chilli wings and salmon fried rice and the service is fast and I love how they have the music playing outside with tables and chairs. I tried almost everything on the menu and the food is great.
Each fish hoagie I've eaten from Jordan Johnson boasts a golden-brown, seasoned to your liking flaky fish filet, paired with crisp pickles, onions, hot & sweet peppers and a zesty secret sauce, all stacked on a delicious hoagie roll...Also, the chicken and salmon fried rice is very good and feeling. The fish hoagie was amazing (that darn special sauce is SPICY) I took fish off the sandwich & made a sandwich for lunch the next day, soo good. He got the habanero wings & shrimp ( more chips then shrimp). The staff was very engaging with the customers which was nice, however the place is small, we had to wait about 30 minutes for our food. When u have to many people waiting for their food your attention should be on preparation & making sure we have the correct orders. Please assign someone to focus on the counter / customers while others prepare.
